Refunds and event changes
Final refund, cancellation, rescheduling and weather policies are being confirmed. Ticket sales must not open until the approved policy and the customer’s applicable rights have been published.
If an event is cancelled or changed, purchasers will receive essential information using their order contact details. Approved refunds invalidate the relevant tickets.
